This page explains what happens to your information when you visit suratpanditji.in or contact Pandit Ji. It is short because the site does very little with your data.

suratpanditji.in is the website of Pandit Ramkishan Joshi, a Vedic Acharya based in Surat, Gujarat, India, who performs pujas, havan, weddings and astrology consultations for families across Surat and the nearby towns. The site trades under the name Surat Pandit Ji. It is a one-person practice, not a company, and there is no separate marketing team handling your details behind the scenes.
If you want to reach us about anything on this page, the phone number, WhatsApp and email address in the sidebar all go directly to us.
We do not run analytics. We do not set any cookie of our own. There is no login, no account, no newsletter and no comment section, so there is nothing for you to sign up to and nothing for us to store about you. The only place third-party cookies appear is inside Google's advertisements, which run on pages across the site. The rest is detail.
To be specific about the things people usually expect on a website but will not find here:
The short form on the home page and the contact page is not a form in the usual sense. Nothing you type is sent to a server or saved on this website. When you press send, your browser takes the name, service and message you entered, turns them into a ready-written message and opens WhatsApp so you can review it and send it yourself. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we never see it.
Once you do send it, that conversation lives in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy, and in Pandit Ji's phone. We use it to answer your enquiry, agree a muhurat and arrange the ceremony. We do not sell it, share it with other pandits or agencies, or add you to any list.
If you call, send a WhatsApp message or write to panditramkishanjoshi@gmail.com, we keep whatever you tell us for as long as it is useful for your booking, and afterwards in the ordinary way that anyone keeps old messages on a phone. That usually means your name, your number, the occasion, the date and the address where the ceremony will take place.
If you would like us to delete your messages and remove your number from Pandit Ji's phone, just ask. We will do it and confirm.
The site is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare records the technical details of each request, including the IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser and device type. These logs exist for security and for keeping the site online, they are handled under Cloudflare's own privacy policy, and we do not use them to build any profile of visitors.
Pages on this site carry advertisements served by Google AdSense. As of September 2026 these appear across the site, including the home page, the service pages, the contact page and the Choghadiya tool, not only on the blog and devotional-text pages as before.
The things you should know about those ads:
You can turn off personalised advertising for your Google account at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of a longer list of advertising vendors at aboutads.info. Your browser settings and any ad blocker you use will also apply here, and blocking these cookies does not stop any part of this site from working.
One small thing is saved on your own device, and it never leaves it. On the chalisa and stotra pages there is an A− and A+ control for making the verse text larger or smaller. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so the size carries across pages and visits. It is a single number, it contains nothing about you, and clearing your browser data removes it.
A few links take you off this site, mainly to our Google Business Profile, our Facebook and Instagram pages, and WhatsApp. Once you follow one of those, you are on someone else's website under someone else's privacy policy, and this one no longer applies.
This site is meant for adults arranging ceremonies for their families, and the devotional material on it is open to anyone. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us a message through the WhatsApp form, ask us and we will delete it.
You can read anything on this site without telling us who you are. If you have contacted us and want to know what we still hold, or want it corrected or deleted, write to panditramkishanjoshi@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message on +91 95291 83899. There is no form to fill in and no department to be passed between, and we will reply personally.
If we add anything that touches your privacy, such as analytics, an online booking system or a second advertising network, we will update this page and change the date at the top before that change goes live. There is no version history here, so the date is the honest way to tell whether anything moved since you last read it.
